			This house is located at the heart of Koh Phangan in the village of Bantai at the south coast.

			The Thai Style house is located in a quiet and relaxing area close to Ban Tai village.

			The right place to chill-out after the Fullmoonparty. 2 sleeping rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bath room.

			A phone line is also available and therefore you're well equipped to surf on the internet by wireless LAN whenever you feel to!

*A minimum rental period of 1 week is required. The prices are valid for a maximum of 4 persons. All prices plus a one-time cleaning fee of 1.250 THB.

No other charges The rent includes all associated costs such as electricity, water and drinking water during the rental period. In addition, an internet access via Wireless LAN (while using your own notebook) is available. But we don't offer notebooks or PCs.
